Is there a connection charge?
There is no connection fee. Unanswered calls are not charged for.
What are the billing increments?
Our low rates are divided into 1 minute increments. This means that you are billed for every minute, so you only pay for the amount of time that you talk.
What is the minimum call charge?
The minimum call charge is one minute. This only applies if your call is shorter than 60 seconds.
How do I order my
Talk Time service?First fill in the online form. You will then be directed to a secure credit card entry page where you can securely enter your credit card details.. Allow 48 hours for processing, and you will receive your PIN with your activation email.
How do I use my
Talk Time card?1. Dial the access number

What if I buy a card and it doesn't work?

Are there any hidden costs or additional charges?
There are no hidden charges deducted from your Talk Time card. Your service provider (Telkom/Vodacom/MTN/CellC) will charge you for a local call for the duration of your call to the access number. We recommend customers to use a "closer" package to reduce the charge to the access number, which will make the access call free.
What is the mobile access number for?
The Mobile access number is for calling overseas from your mobile phone. The advantage to the customer is that the overseas calling rate will be much less, thanks to Talk Time having an interconnect with the mobile companies. This is an ideal way to use up ones un-used free airtime on a cellphone.
